Each case needs a name or a Case ID so you can identify it in the report queue — if you prefer not to enter PHI, any label works (e.g., "Case 12"). Patient information typed here stays on this device and is never uploaded. Never dictate it: the dictation is heard by the speech service and read by the AI.
The sentences your lab says the same way on every TEE. Reword or drop any of them, and choose the answers a new TEE starts with. Anything the study records, like a limited examination, a difficult insertion or a complication, replaces the standing sentence.

Your voice is sent to a speech recognition service, and the text to the AI that builds the report. A number said aloud has been heard before anything can remove it.
Put the case ID in the red Case ID field: drag it from your PACS or type it. It stays on this device.
